Shipping rates

Kassia offers free standard shipping on orders of US$250 or more to eligible destinations served by our checkout. This includes orders totaling exactly US$250. Free standard shipping does not include express upgrades.

Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout. We currently offer the following U.S. shipping options:

For eligible international destinations, standard shipping is free on orders of US$250 or more. Paid international rates and available express services are displayed at checkout. International transit times vary by destination and service.

Shipping charges are shown separately from any taxes or import charges that may apply. Please review the final checkout total before paying.

Processing and delivery estimates

Delivery time includes order preparation plus the carrier's transit time. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and do not include preparation time.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. If you need an order for a particular date, contact us before placing it so we can advise you.

Order tracking

After your order has shipped, we will email your tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to record the first tracking scan. Contact us if you need help checking your shipment.

Shipping address

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but an address change may not be possible after processing or dispatch.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your parcel is lost or significantly damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and, where available, photos of the parcel, packaging, and item. We will investigate the shipment and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost when the loss or transit damage is confirmed.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Import duties, VAT, customs charges, and similar destination-country fees may apply. Unless expressly collected by Kassia at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check your destination's requirements before ordering.
