Every Kassia order is fully insured during shipping. If your package is lost or significantly damaged in transit, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you. Just contact us with photos and we’ll take care of it.

Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in our shipping price. We declare all packages accurately at their true value. We recommend checking your country’s import policy before placing an order.
